Duke University researchers discovered that on average 40% of our week’s activities are lived out in habit.Habits though can be destructive and damaging. We can eat unhealthy and not even notice it. We can spend too much time on our devices without understanding how they are distracting us from the people in our lives. This is not even mentioning the obvious life altering habits like pornography, impulsive alcohol consumption, or smoking.This series will explore the idea of harnessing the power of habit to follow Jesus and live the life God wants for us all.
