We believe in God. He has always existed and is without a beginning or an end. We believe He created all things. We know him as Father, he came to us as Son and lives in us as the Holy Spirit.

Jesus is God’s Son. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died for our sins and came back from the dead. He is still alive.

The Holy Spirit lives within anyone who has become a follower of Jesus. He is a person and a member of the Trinity. Jesus said the Holy Spirit would be our helper and our comforter.

The Bible is a book written by men under the guidance and inspiration of God. The Bible is God’s Word for all matters. It’s true, accurate, authentic and applicable. God uses any reasonable translation of the Bible to communicate His will.

We believe people matter to God. God wants relationship with people: that’s why he made us. We all rejected his invitation for relationship. Every one of us has sinned and failed him. We need him and we need each other, which is why being part of a church matters.

We believe that salvation means being forgiven of our sins and adopted into God’s family. This is a free gift, which comes by grace. There is no work we can do to earn God’s free gift of salvation.

We believe that death seals the eternal destiny of each person. When Christ returns, He will formally pronounce the eternal fate of each individual, both living and dead. The saved will be assigned to eternal life, the unsaved, eternal separation from God.

If we trust Jesus to save us and want to receive the gift He’s offering, He asks us to repent (change our mind about who’s in charge of our life) and be baptized (dunked in water). When we make Him Lord, we enter in to a new life and we follow Jesus each day.
